The role requires working during the evening hours, specifically from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and we offer extensive training for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrutinize and assess files submitted for print jobs, confirming that all essential components are present and accurate.
  • Validate the technical requirements of print jobs to align with quality benchmarks.
  • Engage with the pre-press team to address any inconsistencies or challenges identified during the quality assessment.
  • Employ computer software to evaluate and prepare files for production.
  • Maintain a high degree of attention to detail to avert errors in the printing workflow.
  • Adhere to established quality assurance protocols and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Support the training of new team members on quality control methodologies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy, with the capability to navigate and utilize relevant software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
