Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and program participants, while also promoting membership growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct tours and orientations for prospective members, highlighting the benefits of membership and the YMCA's mission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, volunteers, and staff to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Process membership applications, issue ID cards, and register members for services and programs.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and manage DAXKO reports as needed.
  • Assist with the Annual Giving Campaign and promote program areas to members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Current certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/Oxygen administration or obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
