Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to join our founding team and drive the development of our AI-powered EDA tools. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for building and refining our early-stage SaaS product to maximize the success of our first customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of building out and refining our early-stage SaaS product to maximize the success of our first customers.
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of skilled software engineers and ML experts.
  • Oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and secure systems and infrastructure.
  • Work with the executive team to plan and execute our technology strategy, including resourcing and budgeting.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and shape our future direction and culture.
  • Manage strategic relationships with technical partners.
  • Help design your role, the team, and the company to deliver the most impact to our customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Experience in leading technical teams as a manager or other forms of leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in cloud software and architectures, including deploying and managing machine-learning solutions.
  • Experience and passion for focusing teams on building customer-first products that delight users.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on learning, understanding, and conveying feedback from customers.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and curiosity to explore new approaches to old problems.
  • Strong working proficiency in English as you will work with customers across North America and beyond.
