Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Aide - PCA will be responsible for providing direct care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating with family members and healthcare providers, and participating in ongoing training and education programs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also be physically capable of performing the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
