Receptionist Coordinator

Are you enthusiastic about assisting others and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Receptionist Coordinator role within our organization. In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients and visitors, manage phone communications, organize appointments, oversee mail and package deliveries, and support various operational tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests, clients, and team members upon their arrival at the reception area, providing them with necessary information and directions.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring that critical information reaches the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper handling and delivery.
- Assist with additional administrative duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Maintain the security of the premises by ensuring visitors adhere to the sign-in procedures.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.
- Skilled in managing phone communications and navigating high-pressure situations.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
