CHRISTUS Health is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia Department at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System in Jacksonville, Texas. This is a full-time, hospital-employed W-2 opportunity that offers a competitive compensation package and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia in an all-CRNA model without the supervision of an anesthesiologist.
- Perform a variety of cases, including pain management, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics.
- Utilize new anesthesia equipment such as Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and computerized EPIC charting.
- Opportunity to learn and perform own regional anesthetics.
- Competitive starting salary for experienced CRNAs; new grads welcomed with opportunities to earn more.
- Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay with guaranteed scheduled premium hours.
- Premium pay rate of $150/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek.
- Shift differential pay for evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Holidays at 1.5x pay rate.
- Sign-on incentive up to $35,000.
- Student stipend.
- 403(b) retirement account with employer match.

- Additional 40 hours of CME time annually.
