Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individual client needs, and in accordance with recognized nursing techniques and established standards. The ideal candidate will possess a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to clients in a correctional setting
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor client vital signs and report any changes or concerns
  • Participate in health education and promotion activities
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
