Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Treasury Management Specialist to enhance our Treasury Management Department. In this role, you will be essential in overseeing the bank's treasury services and ensuring the effective management of cash management solutions for our business clientele. Your expertise will be vital in advising clients on maximizing their cash flow, mitigating risks, and reaching their financial goals. This position requires collaboration with commercial lenders, retail operations, and other bank personnel while nurturing strong client relationships. You will report directly to the Market President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding treasury management offerings.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of treasury management solutions.
  • Guide clients through the implementation of treasury management services, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell treasury management products to current and potential clients.
  • Work alongside relationship managers and other departments to create and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct meetings to educate clients on treasury management services.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding service adoption and enhancements.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

· Proficient in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office suite.

· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

· High standards of integrity, accuracy, reliability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with CSI NuPoint core banking systems.

· Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

· Experience with CSI eBanking.
