**Job Summary**
Bruckner Truck Sales is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist/Cashier to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. As a key member of our business office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding company and customer information.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle all incoming office calls and properly transfer and stage calls.
- Ensure that messages are correctly recorded and delivered when needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding company and customer information.
- Collect money for cash accounts and give correct change.
- Perform all credit card transactions accurately.
- Keep receipts for all petty cash given out; reimburse when needed.
- Maintain cash boxes daily; keep an adequate amount of small bills and change available.
**Essential Job Tasks:**
- Customer Service is the most important responsibility.
- Open cashiers window promptly.
- Balance cash boxes from previous days activities.
- Maintain A/R Cash Receipt Vouchers (CRVs).
- Prepare weekly bank deposit for cash and remote deposit checks daily.
- Monitor/purchase office supplies inventory with preapproval from OM.
- Prepare mail daily.
- Collect tax exempt forms from customers.
- Responsible for all filing.
- Make travel arrangements for company-related trips for employees.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum high school diploma required.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- 1 year experience or education in Accounting preferred.
- 1 year receptionist experience with a multi-line phone.
- 1 year minimum cashier experience required.
- Dependable transportation; able to drive on company business required.
**Work Environment:**
The position involves the ability to sit for long periods of time, maneuver from one work area to another, being able to bend and squat, and manipulate small objects. Involves working indoors mostly. Involves lifting and maneuvering of computer paper and boxes up to 50 lbs. Minimal business travel for office errands.
