Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg to join our team in Lone Tree, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medical-Surgical setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
