We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge software solutions for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the embedded software development process, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and validation.
  • Manage a team of embedded software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and performance of software systems.
  • Define and enforce software development methodologies and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant medical device regulations.
  • Oversee software testing and validation processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our products.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing software for medical devices and familiarity with relevant regulatory standards.
