- Provide phlebotomy training and product evaluation as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Two years of experience as a BWH phlebotomist with a performance evaluation score of effective or above.
- Knowledge of proper aseptic techniques and ability to select appropriate vacutainer tubes and volumes for test requests.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
