We are seeking a highly skilled Wood Pattern Maker to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Wood Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for creating and modifying models, molds, and patterns using various woodworking techniques and equipment.

• Utilize woodworking equipment to shape and detail wood components.
• Operate precision equipment in build operations to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
• Develop and implement procedures for forming parts using various techniques, including vacuum forming, injection molding, and urethane cold pouring.
• Modify and create models and molds using FDM, SLS, and SLA technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum of six years of experience in pattern making, with a strong background in woodworking and precision crafts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
