Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Absolut Care of Three Rivers. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, and documenting clinical data.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
  • Assist with resident care requirements, including handling physician orders, administering medications, collecting and maintaining resident data, and taking vitals.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Current and valid license as an LPN in the state of New York.
  • Degree from an accredited school or nursing program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Strong customer service skills and compassion.
  • Basic computer knowledge, PCC e-MAR experience preferred.
  • Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
