Livingoods Inc is looking for a highly skilled Appliance Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Appliance Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the setup and installation of household consumer goods.

About the Role:

  • You will follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery and installation of appliances.
  • You must have the physical ability to move large, bulky, and heavy appliances.
  • You will deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and routes.
  • You are responsible for delivering and installing major household appliances, such as wall ovens, cook tops, dishwashers, etc.
  • You will load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
  • You must communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You are required to obtain DOT Certification and follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • You must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • You must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must have the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.
  • Cabinetry or carpentry experience is desired.
  • Light plumbing and light electrical experience is desired.
  • You must have good communication and strong interpersonal skills, including written correspondence.
  • You must have a valid driver's license with a clear MVR (no DUIs or Reckless Driving). Reliable transportation is required.
  • You must be able to successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background check.
  • You must have your own tools.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
