Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Executive to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care community Hidden Meadows on The Ridge.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation and management of the community, ensuring exceptional service and quality care for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing operating expenses, developing business development strategies, and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Customer Focus: Communicate and model a clear, customer-focused vision, based on a resident-centered model of care.
  • Business Development: Identify and build relationships within the local area, driving business into the community and effectively pricing the product to maximize top-line revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Meet the financial targets, with a goal to maximize capital partners' return, by maximizing occupancy and room rate.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
