Job Summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN / LVN Long Term Care Nurse for a travel job opportunity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to older patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Prepare and administer prescribed medications, and record patients' medical information and vital signs.
  • Assess patients' ability to do routine daily tasks, and assist patients with basic needs such as dressing, eating, and bathing.
  • Promote quality end-of-life care for older adults, and involve, educate, and supervise family/significant others in implementing best practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board.
  • Minimum of one (1) year LTC experience.
