POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is pivotal in meeting established sales goals, aiding in the selection and development of personnel, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold and implement sales policies and standards, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
- Achieve daily sales targets through effective transaction closures.
- Exhibit professionalism consistently.
- Oversee the training, evaluation, and performance management of team members.
- Engage constructively in daily sales meetings.
- Collaborate with the Site Trainer to facilitate both initial and ongoing training.
- Participate in the recruitment of future sales team members.
- Potentially lead group sales presentations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Expectations and Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience within the Wyndham framework is preferred.
- Experience in managing sales teams is advantageous.
- Ability to meet production standards.
- No travel is required outside of the local area.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a College Degree is preferred.
