POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is pivotal in meeting established sales goals, aiding in the selection and development of personnel, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Uphold and implement sales policies and standards, representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
  • Achieve daily sales targets through effective transaction closures.
  • Exhibit professionalism consistently.
  • Oversee the training, evaluation, and performance management of team members.
  • Engage constructively in daily sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Site Trainer to facilitate both initial and ongoing training.
  • Participate in the recruitment of future sales team members.
  • Potentially lead group sales presentations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Expectations and Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience within the Wyndham framework is preferred.
  • Experience in managing sales teams is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet production standards.
  • No travel is required outside of the local area.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a College Degree is preferred.
