We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in developing and implementing occupational therapy plans for patients with disabilities or injuries.
  • Restore function and mobility through exercises and activities, and provide training on the use of assistive devices.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in their condition to physicians.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Occupational Therapy license in the applicable state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience, preferably in an in-home care setting.
