Job Overview

Custom Protective Services is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Associate for a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas following established protocols. This includes dusting and wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming floors, and managing waste disposal.
  • Utilize and care for assigned cleaning equipment and tools, including buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums, to ensure the upkeep of various surfaces.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and supplies, using them as instructed.
  • Perform outdoor maintenance tasks such as snow removal and debris clearance using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Engage professionally with clients, vendors, and supervisors on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are crucial.
