Job Summary

The Heavy Duty Diesel Equipment Specialist is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of company fleet diesel equipment to ensure safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers while documenting repairs through an online system.
  • Repair, maintain, and overhaul all company fleet diesel equipment to ensure a safe operation for associates' usage and compliance standards are met.
  • Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper operating condition which may require replacement of parts.
  • Train/provide guidance to other Mechanics.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
  • 3-5 Years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $62,400-$80,520 based on the 40 hour workweek with up to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and Sunday - Thursday schedule.
