We are seeking a skilled Crate Builder/Shop Helper to join our team at Roadster Shop.

Key Responsibilities:


• Construct and assemble large wooden crates using various tools and equipment.


• Provide general assistance in the shop as needed, including tasks such as cleaning and organization.


• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.


• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:


• 1+ year of experience working with tools such as tape measures, nail guns, hand tools, and table saws.


• Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently.


• Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs consistently and perform bending and twisting motions.


• Ability to stay on your feet for a full 8-hour shift.


• Stable work history and reliable transportation.


• Authorized to work in the USA.


• Punctual, reliable, and a positive attitude.
