Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and correct data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency, making necessary corrections or escalating issues to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to reformat files, apply formulas, and manage data reformatting within those formulas.
  • Analyze data, especially within financial and operational files, to ensure accuracy and maintain data cleanliness.
  • Independently manage the data processing workflow, escalating issues only when necessary.
  • Handle large volumes of data, making independent decisions on what needs escalation and what can be managed directly.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills, including experience with formulas, data comparison, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with financial data and some exposure to business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently after training, with strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Experience managing and ensuring the accuracy of large data sets.
