In this position, you will have the chance to deliver both inpatient and outpatient nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities:
maintain comprehensive knowledge of nutritional care standards for both inpatient and outpatient environments;

actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team, engaging in educational sessions, committees, and community outreach activities as required;

exhibit proficiency in developing nutrition care plans for diverse patient populations;

contribute to quality improvement and/or outcome assessment initiatives within clinical and operational frameworks; and

provide mentorship and guidance to Dietetic Interns.

Educational Background:
Master's degree with completion of necessary coursework and supervised practice as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentialing Requirements:


Meets eligibility criteria for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will achieve registration within a specified timeframe after hiring.

In certain states and/or facilities, RD/RDN credentials may be necessary at the time of hiring.

Certification/licensure as mandated by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities, state certification/licensure may be required at the time of hiring.
