Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family counseling services in the comfort of clients' homes, promoting a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and other service providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Document client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in accordance with HIPAA, APA, DCS, and COA requirements.
  • Participate in regular supervision, case presentations, and treatment team meetings to ensure ongoing professional development and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family, or a related field.
  • Licensure as an LHMCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT, LSW, or LCSW in the state of Indiana.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office.
