Emmanuel Hospice Weekend RN Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Team at Emmanuel Hospice. As a Weekend RN, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to patients and their loved ones in a 50-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and address the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs of terminally-ill patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient and family goals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive medical care
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on hospice services and end-of-life care
  • Work creatively with the weekend team to plan, implement, and evaluate medical care
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license required
  • Hospice, home care, case management, or acute care experience preferred
  • Experience with EMRs required
