Position Overview:
This role encompasses the upkeep, servicing, and repair of machinery to guarantee the optimal operation of production equipment and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and comprehend equipment manuals, preventive maintenance (PM) task sheets, and safety protocols.
- Execute equipment adjustments, repairs, preventive maintenance, and manage emergency breakdowns.
- Monitor machinery performance and communicate potential concerns to maintenance and production supervisors.
- Maintain logbooks, utilizing mathematical skills to calibrate machinery to performance standards.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and analytical tasks.
- Must possess personal tools and demonstrate the ability to learn and operate hand tools and industrial shop equipment.

This dynamic role is primarily situated on the plant floor, involving tasks such as troubleshooting and redesigning existing systems. Occasionally, it may require moving equipment and accessing files, supplies, and machinery.

Work Environment:
- Exposure to wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- Exposure to chemicals utilized in poultry and food processing facilities.
- Use of protective and safety equipment as mandated for the role is essential.
