About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tire and Lube Technician to join our team at T.O. Haas Tire & Auto. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Services: Perform tire mounting, dismounting, wheel balancing, and tire rotations with precision and accuracy.
  • Oil Changes and Basic Services: Conduct oil changes and other basic services with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including the service area, tire racks, and showroom.
  • Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers and employees in company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license in the state of employment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Preferably hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for up to eight hours, lifting up to 70 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks.
