We are a leading engineering, technology, and security firm helping to advance missions of national importance for government programs, national laboratories, national security facilities, nuclear operations, and complex projects. Our team is passionate about delivering mission-driven solutions that meet our clients' needs and strategic direction.
Responsibilities:- Design and develop 3D equipment models and build-to-print fabrication packages for specialty and first-of-a-kind equipment using CREO 3D CAD software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate equipment into existing facilities, including interface control documents and coordinating tie-ins with facility engineering representatives.
- Support the fabrication, installation, testing, readiness, and startup of custom-designed equipment.
- Perform technical evaluations to disposition non-conformances, respond to requests for waivers/deviations, and support engineering change packages.
- Provide Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews of designs to be fabricated.
- An associate degree or higher in a technical field paired with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience with CREO Parametric 3D CAD software.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in machine/equipment design.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Successful drug screening.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in mechanical design.
- An Active 'Q' Clearance.
- Previous experience in an NRC or DOE regulated environment.
