We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Therapist on a 13-week travel assignment in Kenmare, North Dakota. The successful candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, focusing on their physical needs and well-being. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments, set realistic goals, and track patient progress towards desired outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced techniques to enhance patient recovery and functional abilities.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently to maintain high-quality records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- A degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Dakota.
- Minimum one to three years of experience in rehabilitation settings, preferably with a focus on therapy and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other relevant software applications.
Compensation:
This is a competitive full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, paid biweekly at $9,200 every two weeks, plus tax-free stipend amount, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
