Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment. Your duties will include cleaning, sanitizing, and drying all china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment returned to the dish hall station by servers, bartenders, and server assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment
Dry all dishes and equipment to prevent water spots and bacterial growth
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
