Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Pharmacy Services: Under the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will provide pharmacy services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety in a retail setting.
  • Supervise Pharmacy Operations: In the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: You will ensure that all pharmacy services are provided in compliance with current standards of pharmacy practice, state and federal regulations, and Trinity Health's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: You will develop and maintain professional relationships with medical staff, supportive staff, and patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are courteous and respectful.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: You must hold a current Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of North Dakota and meet the educational requirements specified by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy.
  • Experience and Skills: You must have retail experience and excellent customer service and team skills, as well as the ability to access, enter, and retrieve information from pharmacy computer systems.
  • Education and Training: You must have an entry-level degree in Pharmacy as specified by the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy and meet the continued education requirements to satisfy North Dakota Board of Pharmacy requirements.
