About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on project finance transactions, including drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation
  • Review project documentation and provide strategic guidance on deal structuring and negotiation
  • Collaborate with our global team to act on innovative, complex, and challenging projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in project finance law
  • Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation
  • Experience in reviewing project documentation is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer
