Compensation

  • Annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $84,000 based on experience.
  • Bonus opportunities available.
  • Sign-on bonus of $1,000 after three months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings, adhering to engineering specifications and blueprints.
  • Service various HVAC equipment, including package units, split systems, and refrigeration systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Utilize technology to document maintenance activities and track time.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding service issues and customer feedback.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Preferred possession of an EPA License for refrigerant handling.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends as required.
  • Successful completion of background and drug tests.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
