Position: Aircraft Cleaning Specialist

Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours per week)

Compensation: $19 per hour

Availability: Flexible schedule preferred (Monday to Sunday)

Base Location: Cuyahoga County Airport (CGF) with travel to various locations using a company vehicle

Position Summary

As an Aircraft Cleaning Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously clean and detail high-end luxury aircraft while engaging directly with our esteemed clients. Your role will involve a variety of cleaning tasks both inside and outside of corporate and commercial aircraft. This includes polishing surfaces, applying paint treatments, and cleaning passenger areas, restrooms, cockpits, and exteriors. You should be prepared to work in diverse weather conditions and at various heights using ladders and work stands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed cleaning of aircraft interiors and exteriors
  • Complete all assigned training modules and tasks
  • Maintain quality control through thorough pre- and post-cleaning checklists
  • Collaborate to ensure a safe and suitable work environment
  • Assist in training and mentoring fellow team members in accordance with company standards
  • Report directly to the Lead or Supervisor
  • Expand job responsibilities as experience increases

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism with clients
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be eligible for employment in the U.S. through E-Verify
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation available at all times
  • Availability for weekend and evening shifts
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Capacity to perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights and on ladders
  • Physical capability to bend, lift, and crouch frequently
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Compliance with ADA requirements for repetitive motions and lifting
