Job Summary: As a skilled nurse with Haven Healthcare, you will provide high-quality in-home care to patients in the Englewood, North Port, and Rotonda areas. Under the direction of a physician and patient/caregiver input, you will ensure a better way of living and healthy recovery.

  • Monitor Patient Condition: Assess patient needs and provide the best possible care and education.
  • Communicate with Physicians: Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
  • Foster a Supportive Environment: Provide a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
  • Expand Knowledge: Attend educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge and capabilities.

Qualification Standards:

Requirements:

  • Nursing Degree: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
  • Home Health Experience: Home Health experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed in the state of the HHA.
  • Nursing Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Team Player: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility and Compassion: Responsible and compassionate.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
