As a Contact Center Account Consultant at Member One FCU, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members. Your primary function will be to answer telephone inquiries regarding deposit and loan accounts, promoting credit union products and services while consistently delivering quality service to members and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Inform, educate, and advise members on various account-related matters.
- Perform transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and other account transactions.
- Assist members with transfer programs, payroll deductions, direct deposit, stop payments, and credit card inquiries.
- Promote credit union products and services, focusing on department goals and member needs.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
- High school degree with additional business courses preferred.
- Prior experience in a busy public contact position at a credit union, financial institution, or retail outfit.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
