Client Success Strategist

As a Client Success Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our Bright Suite of software solutions.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our Bright Suite of software solutions
- Creating customized business plans to meet client needs and goals
- Leading client-facing projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients
Requirements
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, customer success, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex client needs and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work
