Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and document client information, including medical history, treatment plans, and medication schedules.
  • Monitor and track clients' overall health and medical history during every visit, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Perform various healthcare tasks, including taking and recording vital signs, changing bandages and wound dressings, and verifying medication administration.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to clients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive care environment.
  • Remain on-call for clients who require emergency care, ensuring prompt and effective response to their needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification.
  • Current RN license in the state.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and with directions, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
