Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in formulating and executing financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. This includes managing regulatory compliance and preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and delivering insights to senior leadership.
This role oversees core accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and maintaining the general ledger. Additionally, it involves facilitating both internal and external audits, coordinating tax planning activities, and ensuring R&D tax credit compliance with external accounting partners.
A strong analytical mind is required for conducting financial evaluations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, assessing trends, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
