• Deliver Exceptional Lessons: Instruct program, group, and private lessons to students of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
• Maintain a Professional Attitude: Demonstrate a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude while interacting with students, guests, and staff.
• Adapt Teaching Methods: Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs and abilities of each student, promoting a positive and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure Guest Safety: Promote safety by following safe practices and reporting any unsafe conditions, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the Bogus Basin Recreational Association team.

• Passion for Winter Sports: Be passionate about Bogus Basin's mission and committed to delivering exceptional experiences for guests.
• Basic Knowledge of Snowboarding: Possess basic knowledge of snowboarding and be able to ride comfortably and safely on blue terrain at moderate speeds.
• Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, guests, and staff.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions during stressful situations.
• Physical Demands: Be able to perform heavy work, including standing, balancing, walking, and reaching, with occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Age and Background Check: Be at least 16 years of age and pass a background check.

• Outdoor Environment: Spend the majority of time in an outdoor environment, working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Variable Schedule: Work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for guests.

When in the public eye, maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to the Bogus Basin Recreational Association uniform and equipment requirements.
