Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for assisting physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Implement interventions and exercises as prescribed by physical therapists
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to physical therapists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current state license and a minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. You must also hold an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and/or have passed the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants.
