Leasing Consultant

Avanti Residential LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and leading in-person tours for prospective residents, selling units to encourage application submittal, and enhancing the move-in experience for new residents.

• Conduct scheduled in-person tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community's amenities and features.
• Set appointments for prospects to tour communities based on apartment availability, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Ensure model apartments and target apartments are ready for show, maintaining a high level of curb appeal and community presentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive move-in orientations for new residents, equipping them with essential information about the property, amenities, and community policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in technology, including computer software and iPad.
• Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
