  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to assess project progress, tackle challenges, and ensure all team members are aligned.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and any issues to clients and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or modifications to the project scope.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Establish and uphold quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess work, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial goals are achieved.
  • Review and authorize invoices, change orders, and purchase orders to maintain budget control.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting project profitability and cost management.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve any project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance.
