As an ABA Therapist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, implementing evidence-based programs that promote positive behavior change. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field, you'll possess the skills and expertise needed to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
  • Implement programs written by the case supervisor
  • Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
  • Complete case documentation
  • Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior

Requirements:

  • Certified RBT technician/ABA Therapist with at least 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to work in 1:1 and group settings
  • Excellent communication skills

Schedule: Primarily after-school and weekends, with opportunities to work at our center in Plainview.

Location: Nassau/Suffolk County, Long Island.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
