About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corpus Christi Medical Center. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities
- Scan and document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely manner
- Ensure images are released to radiologists in a timely manner
- Verify orders and enter them accurately
- Transport patients as needed
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology
- Current registration with A.R.R.T. (R)
- Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT)
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- One year of previous experience in a hospital environment preferred
