Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication management and patient safety.
- Provide expert consultation on medication-related issues and educate patients and their families about their treatment plans.
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced environment, including medication order review, verification, and participation in emergency response situations.
- Work a structured schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, primarily during night shifts.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the training of pharmacy students and residents.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

- Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant state is mandatory.
- Board Certification through the Board of Pharmacy Specialties or a similar credential is expected within two years of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
