HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the unique opportunity to work in various medical-surgical units across the hospital, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team's collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and developing individualized care plans.
- Facilitate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication among healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and improve the overall patient experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure prior to start.
- At least 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
