Position Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with team members, management, and maintenance personnel
- Provide assistance at various properties as required
- Participate in travel for training and corporate initiatives
- Adhere to compliance standards in training programs
- Promote and market the property to enhance occupancy rates
- Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals
- Assess potential residents and maintain accurate leasing documentation
- Leverage market insights to identify prospective tenants
- Manage online marketing efforts and update pricing information
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leasing is advantageous
- Strong sales and closing capabilities are essential
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office is preferred
- A valid driver's license may be necessary
- A positive demeanor and effective communication skills are important
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse work environment
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; flexibility is necessary to accommodate property needs.
