Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Support Specialist to join our team in the Condemn Room. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of chicken waste, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the condemn machine to lift and dump chicken waste into the processing area.
  • Document product and weight information in a log for quality control purposes.
  • Keep the Condemn Room clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the floor, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Basic math skills for calculating product weights and using a calculator.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Physical ability to bend, lift, and repetitively grasp and push/pull objects.
  • Must be able to obtain a pallet jack license.
